Shipping policy
- Shipment processing times: Processing times range from 3-5 working days, and we strive to process your order(s) even faster.
- Methods of shipping: Large and/or heavy items are sent via Sendle, while smaller goods go through Aus Post. You will be sent tracking from the respective company.
- Costs: Pricing is always displayed prior to payment. Cost is calculated via weight, size and shipping destination.
- Delivery time: The maximum delivery time is 14-days, however, in peak season or holiday periods, this may fluctuate.
- Tracking orders: All information will be sent via email, either from Century Mowers (us) or the shipping company.
- Shipping restrictions: Our restrictions and limitations on shipping is in line with the ones of Australia Post and the national postal guide.
- Lost items: All orders under $100 are covered for lost, and customers can request insurance on larger purchases.
