SB45 Ratio Change Replacement Kit

Scott Bonnar 45 / Rover 45 ratio change direct replacement kit.

This kit includes:

• New dual cutter sprocket
• New intermediate sprocket w bearing
• New chain w half link

Parts cannot be interchanged with original styled components.

Three speeds available:

• Option 1 : 5.1 km/h
• Option 2 : 5.3 km/h
• Option 3 : 5.8 km/h

The dual cutter sprocket for 20” machines with the original 47mm OD bearings and bearing housings is shorter than the 14” and 17” dual cutter sprocket. Please indicate below which bearing is present when ordering for a 20” machine.

Please note: The supplied chain may need shortening depending on the reel position. Due to the combination of reel diameter, thickness of bedknife, and age of chain(s), you may need to modify the rear roller axle. Shortening the excess axle will resolve the fouling issue.
